Carl has a way of explaining hardcore combat in a very entertaining way. I could watch him all day. Naturally charismatic, he really knew his shit.
He has changed the WHOLE way I look at urban combat, he really is the best out there. I'm 27 and I wish I had found Carl YEARS AGO! I would have not have lost the fights I'd lost.
I really enjoy this vedio, wish it was longer it's about a hour, if it was 3 hours I think that would have been about right. He covers a Lot of different methods from bkb, ground fighting, to the nasty fairbairn methods like the heel hand blows, the flick kick ect. I liked the bare knuckle boxing the best, as I take boxing and wish I had a instructor this good.
He's older in this DVD than in the other vedios. He's improved.
Really wish his O'Neal DVD was released, I can't get enough!
